STRAIGHTENING MACHINE
​Straightening machine manufactured by Riat Grinder which is fully automatic. This machine is capable of handling a size range of 16 to 90 mm, with a feed rate of 2 to 10 metres per minute. It can handle bar lengths ranging from 2 to 6.4 metres and can maintain straightness within a tolerance of less than 1mm per metre.
PEELING MACHINE
Our peeling machine is designed by Steel Tech to deliver superior results with precision and efficiency. This peeling machine can handle a size range of 14 to 89mm with a feed rate of 0.7 to 10 metres per minute. It can also process bar lengths ranging from 2 to 6.4 metres. The machine delivers excellent quality peeling results, with lobbing ranging from 20 to 70 microns.
REELING MACHINE
Reeling machine was designed by Yentai Heige which can handle a size range of 14 to 89 mm with a feed rate of 2 to 10 metres per minute. This machine can process bars of lengths ranging from 2 to 6.4 meters and ensures that the finished product is perfectly straight with a straightness tolerance of less than 1mm per meter.
CENTRELESS GRINDING (CG) MACHINE
Centreless Grinding machine was designed by Mic Tool that can handle a wide range of sizes, from 4 to 77mm, with a feed rate of 0.7 to 3 metres per minute. This machine can process bars of lengths ranging from 2 to 6.4 meters and ensures that the finished product has a lobbing tolerance of 20 to 70 microns
DRAW MACHINE
Draw machine was designed by AS Mechanical that can handle a wide range of sizes, from 20to 60mm. This machine can process bars of lengths ranging from 3 to 7 meters and ensures that the finished product is free from surface defects.
